Kelsey A. Webber is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through arbitration and trial.
Webber represents employers in all facets of employment law matters. He has considerable experience representing employers in litigation involving claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California’s wage and hour laws, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Webber also defends employers against whistleblowing and retaliation claims, including claims brought under the California Whistleblower Act and various provisions of the California Labor Code.
In addition to defending his clients in litigation, Webber frequently assists California employers with developing, implementing, and auditing their employment policies and practices.
