About Kelsey

Kelsey A. Webber is an experienced labor and employment attorney who has litigated a broad range of matters through arbitration and trial.

Webber represents employers in all facets of employment law matters. He has considerable experience representing employers in litigation involving claims brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California’s wage and hour laws, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA). Webber also defends employers against whistleblowing and retaliation claims, including claims brought under the California Whistleblower Act and various provisions of the California Labor Code.

In addition to defending his clients in litigation, Webber frequently assists California employers with developing, implementing, and auditing their employment policies and practices. He also provides ongoing advice, counsel and training to ensure that his clients maintain policies, practices and procedures in compliance with applicable statutes and regulations. Webber’s clients are involved in a variety of industries including retail, agriculture, aviation and construction.

Webber was nominated for Advocate of the Year by the Capital City Trial Lawyers Association in 2015, he received a top 40 verdict in California while representing an employee in an age discrimination case, and has received numerous other accolades during his time as an attorney.
