About Candace

Candace DesBaillets defends employers in individual and multi-plaintiff litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment-related torts, and wage and hour claims. She advises on wage and hour compliance, employee termination risk assessment, family and medical leave, and disability accommodation.
